Fermenteria, the East Side taproom that has been, in its words, here and queer for more than two years, is passing the taproom on to new owners and throwing a farewell party to mark its time as Fermenteria. Expect a night of memories, community and, as the flyer puts it, suspiciously low bar tabs. Fermenteria will keep brewing its non-alcoholic water kefir for stores, and the warehouse will stay a place for art, shows and community under its new owners.
