Chapitas Emporium’s Semi-Annual Witches Fest took over Rolling Oaks Mall for a weekend of the craft: tarot, workshops, reiki, bingo, music, live performers, and aisles of local witchy makers — official vendors included Orona Artwork by Ashley Hernandez. The AC gave out; the turnout didn’t. In Chapitas’s words: “yet another great time.”
