The Alamo Area Resource Center (AARC) was founded in 1990 to support people living with HIV and has grown into a health and social service organization for LGBTQ+ San Antonians.
Its Health Equity Clinic offers LGBTQ+ primary care, HIV specialty care, transgender and gender-affirming care, PrEP and PEP, and free HIV and STI testing. People living with HIV can also get case management, behavioral health support, housing services, transportation help and health insurance navigation.
AARC is at 303 N. Frio St. and is open Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.

Su Health Equity Clinic ofrece atención primaria LGBTQ+, atención especializada en VIH, atención trans y de afirmación de género, PrEP y PEP, y pruebas gratuitas de VIH y otras ITS. Las personas que viven con VIH también pueden recibir manejo de casos, apoyo de salud conductual, servicios de vivienda, ayuda con transporte y orientación para el seguro médico.
